I understand and agree that I will observe all the rules and regulations relative to this tournament including the use of safety equipment. I understand that during the course of this competition, competitors will be engaged in activities requiring physical contact; and give full consent to such contact as required and regulated. I also understand and agree that North Star Martial Arts, AST, your instructor and any officials of the tournament, should not be held liable for any injuries, damages, etc. occurring from this tournament.

SAFETY EQUIPMENT REQUIRED: All participants MUST wear protective gear during competition, including sparring pads, head gear, a mouth guard, and for the males, groin protection. Some spare equipment may be available for use at the school, but that equipment is used at the competitor’s own risk.
